okay, I hate myself for saying this but When in Rome is actually very funny.  The commercials make it look like a sappy romance flick and I went on a girls night, but was pleasantly suprised when i ended up laughing quite a bit.

saw the movie Extract on cable the other night, The trailer for this thing looked pretty funny, but the movie itself only had a few good moments.

Yeah - I think Office Space will forever be Mike Judge's only truly funny movie. Idiocracy was kinda like Extract - both had a few funny moments but for the most they were 'just alright'.

Daybreakers - I think it was a good movie.. except... i cant really stand even the idea of blood so seeing blood all over the movie was kinda horrible to me ha

Personal Effects - I found that movie rather good..first Ashton Kutcher movie ive ever really liked.

Zombieland - Great stuff, this is my new favourite Zombie movie. Not only were there lots of laughs and action but I haven't cried like that since 'Titanic ;)

Up in the air - with George Clooney. To be honest with you, I dont like Clooney as an actor that much, but here he created a perfect character fir that role. Plus, the whole action around giving people a sack makes it an interestin watch. Pretty light movie with some romantic elements (you can easily watch that with your gf) and a nice plot. All in all, thumbs up for this one.

I saw The ugly truth a few days ago, and I really liked it! It was funny, and even though it was very predictable I didn't mind. I was just rooting for the ending ha

For a romantic comedy that movie was pretty funny.

Welcome To Colinwood - Heist caper with George Clooney, Sam Rockwell, William H Macy and more. Wasn't nearly as good or funny as it should have been given the cast they had to work with, but I wouldn't say it was a waste of time. I'm a sucker for heist/bank robbery movies so I enjoyed it.

Legion - Take The Terminator and mix it with a slight dash of The Matrix and blend with a zombie movie. I can see why this piece of shit was released in January during "dump the shitty movies on the public" time of the year. The plot is ridiculous.

Spoiler: God demands we puny humans be eliminated - one angel (apparently bad guys here) says 'fuck you god!' and decides to save a truck stop waitress who is pregnant with a baby that is apparently the only hope humanity has. What follows is essentially Terminator 2 with zombies that rips off a slew of other movies. Terminator 2 with zombies sounds awesome - but not so much here. The CG effects are awful and are on par with the horrible ninjas in Blade 2

Also, if you've seen the trailer you've literally seen the big 'badguy' reveals along with most of the action scenes.

I had mixed feelings about this one. I guess it was too action-packed for me.
